Face Fat

Try cutting out this from you diet:
-FOODS THAT CONTAIN SALT
Salt makes your face bloat and so that’s why you might see that you face has gotten bigger after that bag of chips you just ate.

Body Fat

Try cutting out:
– bread
-cheese
-rice
-chips
I know, “UGH I love all of them! ” but trust me, after cutting out these four things I started losing a lot of body fat around my back, hips and face.
