-1 ½ oz. Coffee infused tequila — we made ours by soaking just broken coffee beans in Blue Nectar Reposado Tequila for 12 hours then straining and reserving the delicious caffeinated booze
-½ oz. Don Ciccio & Figli Finocchietto
-¾ oz. Mexican Chocolate Syrup — we made this by melting down a chipotle or chili flavored chocolate bar in a little water over the stove
-2 dashes of fennel bitters
Stir ingredients over ice until very cold. Serve neat in chilled glass with an orange twist.
