How I Did It

Hey guys!
So I’m getting heaps of messages asking how I have lost so much weight and changed my body so quickly.
I wish I could share an amazing secret with you but the truth is I did it with a lot of hard work.
I have worked out almost everyday and I mean proper work outs. I’ve worked my arse off.
I use My Fitness Pal to track my calories and in the last two months I have only been over my daily calorie allowance once.
I eat basically the same thing everyday because for me it is easier to be disciplined when I don’t have to think about it.
I honestly believe that in order to succeed we all need to do what works for us. We aren’t wired the same. What works for me may not work for you. There is no one single right answer to the weight loss question; there are millions.
My advice would be to really think about what works for you. Get to know yourself. What are your vulnerabilities? What do you enjoy? What are you good at? Etc etc etc.
For example, I struggle majorly with flexible dieting, but for some people it works wonderfully.
Stop listening to all the bullshit around you and start listening to yourself. Ignore fad diets and exercise regimes. Unless they are qualified (and I mean like degree qualified – a doctor, dietician etc) stop listening to everyone’s ‘expert’ opinion on what you should be doing.

The equation is simple. Your energy output must exceed your energy input.

How you achieve that formula day in and day out is up to you.
