Smoothie Bowl Recipe

1 cup frozen fruit &&  1 frozen, ripe banana 

Apples, Berries, Oranges, Pineapples, Mango,

Peaches, Pears, Cherries, Melon, Grapes, Kiwi

1/2 cup veggies/greens

Kale, Spinach, Carrots, Avocado, Swiss chard, Beets

1/2 cup liquid

coconut water, 100% juice, milk (or non-dairy)

2 tbsp. protein

Chia seeds, flax seeds, nut butters, greek yogurt, tofu, cottage cheese, oats, hemp seeds

Blend & Pour into Bowl

Get Creative With  Toppings

sliced fruit, cinnamon, honey, agave nectar, chia seeds, flax seeds, nuts, chocolate chips, coconut, granola, dried fruit
