Squats Work Out Plan

Squats – I like to do 3-4 warm up sets before my working sets. For my working sets I like to do 3-6 reps for 4 sets.

 

Romanian Deadlifts – 1 warm up set of 8-10 reps, 4 sets of 6-10 reps

 

Seated Calf Raises – 4 sets of 8-12 reps
