The Nine Weight Loss Mistakes A Woman Can Make

She:

  • skips breakfast (in the attempt to eat less)
  • eats too many refined carbohydrates
  • eats too little protein
  • thinks all fat is bad
  • under eats in the first of the day
  • overeats in the second half of the day
  • doesn’t lift weights adequately (if at all)
  • eats too infrequently (meals are way too far apart)
  • has her biggest meal at night, often a “binge” or “out of control” meal, then wakes up not hungry, skips breakfast and starts the cycle all over again.
